We are closed for the holiday season. Orders placed between Dec 18 and Jan 3 will ship on Jan 7th.

USA + CANADA Delivery

International (outside North America)

1. We currently ship all orders with UPS (Not Canada Post at this time). Expedited is with UPS 3—5 day worldwide shipping.

2. International 2—3 week Shipping (outside of North America) ships with Canada Post. 7—10 business days is with UPS.

3. The above shipping times do not include the 48hr lead time needed for order fulfilment. Each KONZUK piece (not incl. Facet Rings or Oiseau) is typically hand-finished within that 48hr period. Please note this when selecting shipping time for each item in checkout.

4. Shipping fees cover the cost of shipping and handling. If orders are placed outside of North America, your country’s duties and taxes will apply and will be billed to you separately by the carrier. 

5. Each concrete jewelry piece is packaged by hand in a custom branded gift box. Orbis candles (Large and Tealights) are packaged in a custom branded gift tube.
