Exchanges & Repairs
Exchanges and returns for store credit are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Because each of our pieces is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns. Final sale items and custom orders, including platinum and gold rings, cannot be returned or exchanged.
All custom orders are final sale. Customizations include smaller or larger sizes than what is indicated on our website, changing of design i.e. dimensions, color, diamond size, and one-off designs.
One complimentary sizing is included in the purchase of your ring. If you require additional sizing there is a $25.00 fee. Limited to a 1 year period from the point of purchase.
If the item is being returned for any reason beyond the manufacturer’s defect the shipping fees related to the returned item are the customer’s responsibility.
To return items, please enclose them in a padded envelope and enclose either the return or repair form as required. We recommend sending packages via registered or expedited mail to ensure it can be tracked.
On the customs form or sticker provided at the post office please state that items are CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING and mark the value as only $50.00. This will ensure that items cross the border efficiently without unnecessary customs charges.
Please do not send any packages via UPS or FedEx Ground as they will charge brokerage fees. If you do choose this method of shipment you must mark the box which states to charge these fees to the shipper, not the recipient.
