Statement Jewelry Care Instructions
To keep your KONZUK jewelry looking like new please take care to store each piece separately from other metal items.
When jewelry is worn its surfaces undergo changes. Polish surfaces become more matte. Surfaces that are matte gradually do become shinier.
Concrete will also patina over time, becoming darker from oils in the skin. These are unavoidable traces of wear, which makes the jewelry uniquely yours.
We offer a 5 year warranty on our concrete jewelry. Not including shipping costs, we will repair or replace damages that may occur to concrete during that time. All repairs are $35 after a period of five years. Please send your piece back following the instructions here.
If the diamond dust and concrete inlay looks cloudy and loses sparkle, it is most likely due to lotions or contaminants. The best way to clean this is to use soap and water on a toothbrush to scrub the surface of the concrete.
To maintain the brushed look of the stainless steel, and to remove small surface scratches, a piece of synthetic steel wool (like a Scotch-brite pad) can be used to brush along the surface. Larger scratches and dents can be removed at a local jeweller.
If you are in need of a repair, please go to the Returns & Repairs section of the site for more information.
