Karen Konzuk, a graduate of Nova Scotia College of Art and Design with a BFA in Jewelry Design, aspires to create timeless jewelry and household objects using unconventional materials—primarily concrete.

KONZUK, Karen's innovative brand, has earned international acclaim for its unique concrete jewelry line. Her creations seamlessly blend industrial influences with architectural precision, captivating design enthusiasts globally. Each piece serves as a wearable testament to Karen's artistic vision, inspired by the bold lines and forms found in contemporary art and modernist structures.

The brand's commitment to enduring beauty has led to the introduction of HOUSEHOLD, a collection that extends Karen's aesthetic beyond adornment. Centerpiece of this line is the Orbis series—a range of striking concrete vessels and candles that infuse living spaces with sculptural drama, embodying the same meticulous craftsmanship found in her jewelry designs.

Notable achievements include a bespoke jewelry collaboration with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and an invitation to design a limited edition inspired by Hilma af Klint's works exhibited at New York's Guggenheim Museum. Karen is a 2020 recipient of the Carter Wosk Award in Applied Art and Design. KONZUK has also appeared in the Swiss published, IDS Vancouver produced, “Currents: Contemporary Pacific Northwest Design”, And is featured in the prestigious volume Masters of Jewelry Design, 2013.

KONZUK has received various accolades including an award for production at the Craft Council of BC, 2018, “Earring Show”, the Jewelry Design Award from the A' Design Award Event, Como, Italy, 2014 and top honors in Fashion and Jewelry, Western Living’s Designer of the Year.
