**USA Customers Note**
Due to the removal of the de minimis exemption for shipments to the US, we’ve updated our shipping rates. Our Canadian-made goods qualify for CUSMA, so no tariffs apply, but carriers now charge brokerage fees on ground shipments. To avoid this, we’re using UPS expedited shipping for all US orders. 

Shipping for orders under $175 is now $17.50; orders over $175 remain free. Delivery times are 6–8 business days for regular shipping (plus lead time) and 3–5 business days for expedited (plus lead time).

Lead times in November and December may increase due to the volume of sales.

NOTES:

1. The above shipping times do not include the noted lead time needed for order fulfillment. 

2. Each KONZUK piece (not incl. Facet Rings or Oiseau) is typically hand-finished within a 48hr period. Please note this when selecting shipping time for each item in checkout.

3. Shipping fees cover the cost of shipping and handling. If orders are placed outside of North America, your country’s duties and taxes will apply and will be billed to you separately by the carrier. 

4. Each concrete jewelry piece is packaged by hand in a custom-branded gift box. Orbis candles (Large and Tealights) are packaged in a custom-branded gift tube.
