COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIP

With any wholesale order, KONZUK commits to:

• Timely delivery of special orders (typically 48 hrs) and new orders
• Ring sizing kit supplied where needed
• Directing potential customers to your location
• Promoting the partnership on our website and social media
• Supplying web/print-ready product images, on-model, and lifestyle photography
• Open to shared-cost advertising and in-store events such as trunk shows

KEY TERMS

Minimum order — $500 CAD (negotiable). Unsold items can be exchanged for something new.

Payment — Credit Card. Net 30 upon approved credit.

Warranty — Two-year repair warranty on all products, covering issues beyond normal wear and tear.

Lead times & shipping — 2–3 weeks for initial orders. Shipping will be calculated and confirmed upon receiving your order.

International orders — Flat $35 USD shipping rate. Customs and duties prepaid. Payment in USD.
