PURCHASING POLICY:
We know that sometimes you try your hardest to choose exactly the right item for either yourself or your loved one, but end up with perhaps the wrong colour or just the wrong item altogether. We are happy to offer exchange or credit towards future purchase within 30 days of receipt.
Don’t know their ring size? Not a problem, once the recipient has received the gift, take them into a jeweler to have their finger properly sized and we will exchange the ring for the correct size.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
To return items, please enclose them in a padded envelope and send them to the address below. If you are sending via mail, it would be best to register the package or send it express mail to ensure it can be traced.
On the customs sticker provided at the post office please state that items are CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING and mark the value as only $50.00. This will ensure that items cross the border efficiently without unnecessary customs charges. If you send the package via UPS ground you must provide the previous information on a commercial invoice (3 copies) and include it with the waybill on the outside of the package.
Please note that UPS ground will charge brokerage fees for any ground shipment usually amounting to around $30.00. If you choose this method of shipment you must mark the box which states to charge these fees to the shipper not the recipient.
If these instructions aren’t followed exactly and any charges apply to KONZUK we will refuse the shipment and it will be returned to sender.

Care Instructions
To keep your KONZUK jewelry looking like new, please take care to store each piece separately from other metal items. When jewelry is worn, its surfaces undergo changes.
Polished surfaces become more matte. Matte surfaces gradually become shinier. Concrete will also patina over time and become darker from oils in the skin. These are unavoidable traces of wear which make the jewelry uniquely yours.
To maintain the brushed look of the stainless steel and to remove small surface scratches, a piece of synthetic steel wool, like a Scotch-Brite pad, can be used to brush along the surface. Larger scratches and dents can be removed at a local jeweler as well as more intense cleaning with an ultrasound.

Lead Times / Shipping
We ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of order for most items. Please read the specifications
next to the image which will indicate the specific lead time for that item. For North America,
shipping options are 7-10 business days $17.00, 3 business days $35.00
and 2 business days $45.00.

International Orders
We ship anywhere around the world for a set rate of $50.00 for 3-5 business day delivery.
Customs and duty will be charged according to your country. North American shipments
fall under the NAFTA preferential treatment, therefore no customs and duty will be owing
for shipments to the US and Mexico.

Diamond Info
We prefer to use higher-grade diamonds as they have the strength to resist the tension
of the setting. The minimum grade we will use is F/G color and VS2 in clarity. Higher grades
are available with an added charge. The sizes of the diamonds are suited to the setting.
If a larger diamond is desired, it is normally not possible, as the setting will only accommodate
the depth of the size that is already provided. A custom ring would have to be made with
modifications of the current design for a larger diamond. Please inquire as to what
modifications are possible.
All diamonds are precious, but the most valuable are those combining the highest qualities
of carat, clarity, cut and color – the four C’s. Working within your budget we personally choose
only those diamonds that meet exceptional standards.
CARAT : THE 4 C’S OF BUYING A DIAMOND
A diamond’s weight is measured in carats. There are five carats in a gram and 100 points in each carat. For example, a 50-point diamond is the same as a half-carat. In general, larger diamonds are more rare and valuable. But size does not determine a diamond’s beauty and brilliance. Two stones of the same carat weight can have very different values, depending on cut, color and clarity.

|
CLARITY : THE 4 C’S OF BUYING A DIAMOND
The clearer a diamond is, the more rare it is. Most diamonds contain natural “inclusions” that look like tiny crystals. These are the diamond’s birthmarks, making each stone unique. The number, size and position of these inclusions affects the value. The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) clarity scale ranks from Fl (flawless) to I3 (many inclusions visible to the naked eye).
|
COLOR : THE 4 C’S OF BUYING A DIAMOND
Diamonds are graded on the GIA color scale from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow). At either end of the scale, diamonds are very costly because of their rarity, although not necessarily their beauty. You can choose from a wide range of diamond colors. |
|
CUT : THE 4 C’S OF BUYING A DIAMOND
Nothing is more important to the brilliance and fire of a diamond than its cut. A well proportioned diamond reflects light from one facet to another and through the top of the stone. If the pavilion angle is cut too deep, your diamond will look dark. If it is too shallow, your diamond will look watery. Only a skilled master craftsman can cut a diamond with pinpoint precision to release its true brilliance.
